Emma Brown is delighted to be accompanying the Band of Liberation and conductor Simon Dubbelaar on their tour of Normandy to play at the D-day memorial services of the Royal British Legion, the Normandy Veterans’ Association and the Friends of the Normandy Veteran. To help fund this trip, there will be a concert on 2nd April in the Marekerk in Leiden. The programme includes marches and songs from the Second World War, and some well-known songs of remembrance.
